Group housing has been secured at the PMI-contracted hotels below. Please select a hotel to visit the website and make housing arrangements.

Hotel reservations must be made through one of the above-referenced websites in order to qualify for the discounted congress rates.

The deadline for housing is 19 September 2008.

Sleeping room rates are exclusive of state and local taxes (currently 14.85%). Rates are subject to change.

PMI’s Hotel Credit Card Guarantee and Cancellation Policy:

Hyatt Regency Denver:

Guarantee Policy: Credit card is required for guarantee only.  Credit cards will not be charged until check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by 3:00 p.m. MST at least 48 hours prior to arrival.  No shows or late cancellations will be charged a one night’s penalty.

Grand Hyatt Denver:

Guarantee Policy: Credit card is required for guarantee only.  Credit cards will not be charged until check-in. 

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be received by 3:00 p.m. MST at least 24 hours prior to arrival.  No shows or late cancellations will be charged a one night’s penalty.

The Curtis Hotel:

Guarantee Policy:  Credit card is required for guarantee. Please note that upon check-in, some hotels require an additional credit card authorization for various amounts as an incidentals guarantee or a cash deposit to the same value per day. Please note that pre authorizations taken on your credit card may hold your funds for up to ten working days, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to 4pm day of arrival local hotel time to avoid penalty charges to your credit card or forfeiture of deposit. Additional fees may apply. The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.
